Welcome to the Farnsworths Of Vermont Web Site!

We are not a genealogy database. This is the International Site of the Farnsworth Family who settled in Vermont, U.S.A. Descendants are traced back to the early American settlements of the 1700s.

Today this line of Farnsworths has roots from Vermont to Hawai`i and beyond. The web site is specifically relative to Roger Everett Farnsworth whose parents were Everett and Lois Farnsworth.

Everett's parents were Herbert Clayton Farnsworth and Lizzie A. Butterfield (Roger's grand parents). Herbert's parents were William Farnsworth and Phoebe Loomis.

Roger was born in Vermont and raised in Northern California. After many years in the San Francisco Bay Area he moved to the Big Island of Hawai`i. He married in 2014 and resides in Kailua-Kona with his family. Retired, he continues to be involved in local community activities including senior fitness programs, as a volunteer at the Keau Kukui `Ula cultural preserve, and is a patron to the Ka Wahine Mua `O Waikoloa, a Memorial dedicated to his hānai-[1] sister. He is also a former member of the Kona Black Hats.
